If I just flat call here do I fold to a turn bet unimproved?

no you can raise if you hit a K or an A
i tend to call once again. he could donk almost atc on that flop because it´s really hard for you to hit + you might get a free showdown + your overcards are most likely clean and you will most likely get 1-2 more bets on the river if you hit.
if you miss turn and river i think a fold is ok.
