We cannot entirely estimate and well feature and assign attributes to BU since you've just yet picked 42 hands but what is remarkable is the big gap between his VPIP and his PFR. This stats are already true after a small sample and this guy looks pretty much like a fish. Just based on that read i would not fold your toppair. Actually he's not supposed to have worse hands in his valuerange. Either he got you beat and if he'd 3bet the flop with something like 88 99, he'd check the River but you cannot expect him to be as reasonable as a tag is or someone you have a better read about.

So there is actually no alternative but calling down since this guy will probably show off with hands and might be playing hands that aggressively that you don'T expect to be in his range :) And you're getting a good price of almost 1:11
