Yes, you need to bet here on flop. You pobably have best hand. Yes it happens on these limits, opponents my even call with QQ or KK in these situations without raise.

First off all could u please in your future hands not post or tell us the result? We dont need the result to judge if you played the hand correctly or not. Furthermore it even may influence our judgement so you will get incorrect reviews abouth your hands if you do.
Abouth the hand itself. I like the way u played it. We have to bet the flop for protection and we have to bet the turn for protection aswell.
On the river we have the option to check/call or bet/fold. If we check/call he will check-behind all his bad hands and bet all his good hands so we win nothing with this. If we bet/fold we can easily fold to a raise and he is going to call us with hands like 9x 7x maybe some 3x and a few PPs.
So i like a river value-bet here. Nice hand.
