Hi all

Any admins free to help with my betfair account. Pokerstrat can see nothing this end and betfair say all ok there end.

Please halp I don't want to lose my gold status ♦

I created an account, and I think it was about a month later that I recieved my pokerstrategy points. There must be some sort of breakdown in comunication atm.

Does this mean I'll lose my status, I'm running really good at the mo and part of that is learning more from the "gold" articles etc

Hi stantos,

Yes, sadly if you have not generated the correct amount of strategy points within the month, your PokerStrategy status will drop at the end of the month.

Hello Stantos,

It seems you have started receiving points at Betfair now so I hope everything is cleared If not just clear the issue with the support via the ticket system
