Have you passed the quiz yet? If so did you download mansion via pokerstrategy links? and input the bonus code when you registered at mansion(if there is one for mansion)?
Take the Quiz. When you pass it, go to the link regarding Mansion
Follow the directions on that page. Everything you need is supplied in the link above.
Since you have been promoted to Bronze now, That's a sign that the money has been sent.
If you don't have it yet, just be patient for a bit longer, it will show up.
