100bb deep it's generally not a good idea to call with PPs OOP, and you don't get the odds to call a 3bet. the problem is even though he has a high 3bet% he only has a 135 hand sample. he could easily just be running hot. even if he is 3bet bluffing you a lot, it will be extremely difficult to play 99 OOP postflop after calling - it is not a good plan to play fit/fold if you do call.

I think the call is rly std with any pocketpair once you have a third player in the equation. Even if it was headsup i think 99 is still strong enough to call here vs someone who seems to have a wide range.

what's your plan on different flops? like this one for example, if we assume villain is light 3betting us, then we are most likely ahead of some crappy SC or AXs. only problem is it's difficult to play OOP especially on later streets, and villain can easily make us fold the best hand and print money. if we call OOP vs the 3bet i don't think we should be playing fit/fold on the flop but we should be playing back otherwise we will be losing lots of money by playing this way.

i just don't call 3bets OOP because i don't think i can play profitably postflop and realise my equity. most of the time it feels like i'm playing guessing games...

CO is going to be forced to play honestly most of the time so I'm not at all afraid of getting bluffed too often. What does BU have here? He mostly has some medium to large pocket pairs. If CO is cbetting 100% on all flops he's going to be the one burning money.
