SB posts small blind ($0,01), Hero posts big blind ($0,02), 2 folds, BU raises for $0,05, SB folds, Hero 3-bets $0,15, BU calls

Flop: ($0,35 - 17.50 bb) Q♦, 9♦, 4♥ (2 Players)
Hero bets $0,24, BU calls

Turn: ($0,83 - 41.50 bb) 5♠ (2 Players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0,55, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled back ($0,55)

How to play vs this guy? Should I barrel all 3 streets or just check/fold flops that I miss? Should I 3bet him lighter because he is stealing so much, or tighter because he seems not to fold postflop? How would your 3beting/flatting ranges look like?

Hi.

Preflop: I think you can make the 3b size larger, to 20 cents.

Flop: Villain's PF range is wide which makes me want to cbet more. His fold to F cbet % is low which makes betting less favourable. Same applies for his T fold to cbet %.

I think this texture Q9X hits his calling range a fair bit as well. I'll bet with A:dKx or AxK:d and barrel all ♦ Turns. With AKo I think check/folding is probably slightly better since there are fewer turns on which you could continue with your aggression.
