Call and fold are both OK here. Because I think there are antes, I lean towards a call here.

Hello tipper,

Id fold here, I dont think you get the right price. For me, the icm is more important then the antes, you might fold yourself itm still, which I would try to do instead of gambling for ~1:1 on your money.

Utg shouldnt shove wide here, since bb is commited, that means CO shouldnt call wide, which means you should be way behind here, why i fold. But dont think of calling as some kind of big mistake, its still close.
