First of all the latest FTP update broke everything so you need to use the alpha release with a fix from this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/announcements.html
But if you are playing more than one table the ftp client writes corrupt handhistories at the moment so it will not work as expected and hands are lost during import.
