On the flop we still win vs 22/33/55/66/77/99/TT and flushdraws and maybe even a gutshot wich he could have all played this way.

On the turn we dont beat an 8 anymore so this makes our equity drop quite a bit. I think bet/call aint an option here. If you didnt see him play tricky or weird i think bet/folding this turn would be a good option. Most players can put us on an overpair after the flop action and will raise the turn with a good made hand. If you think he is tricky i like to check/calll here.

We have to take note that he could raise this turn with 99/TT and a good flushdraw so im really not sure what to do here.

I really dont like way you palyed turn. If you make 3-bet on flop you should lead out turn. He could bet with any cards, because you showed weakness(you gain no information with this move). Yes, 8 comes to board, but there are pocket pairs and ace-high hands too that may try to bluff you on the these flops.

If he raises your bet on turn too, i tend to fold hand.

you should continue betting on the turn. You are as mentioned already ahead of many worse hands and you don't want to give him a freecard if he has just a flushdraw.
You won't get raised very often here but if he will I can't lay down this hand. Overpairs can raise again or he is trying a move against you.
If he is raising you can a comes on the river then giving up is fine with me but else you should call again.
If he doesn't raise then just bet/call the river again as you are still often enough ahead.
