i would be more inclined to flat turn bet.
board is fairly dry, and by raising we fold out all of villains 1 pair Ax combos.

i would call turn and most likely call almost any river since we are close to top of our range.

also, try not to put results in the hand as it can skew some answers

Raising or calling turn is both fine but I slightly prefer raising, he could call worse hands like Ax and straightdraws and ppotentially spew over with draws.

But again he could fold Ax if we raise and he could barrel Ax and busted draws on the river as well or he could check and call them and we get more value that way.
