Vs that aggressive guy I would call it down as well.

I wouldn't check/call the turn here. The T is scary but you are way too often still ahead to let them take a freecard. MP3 will often raise the flop if he has something so I like a bet here more as they can call nearly anytwo on this flop.
If MP3 raises you you still have to calldown as he might try a bluff with a flushdraw. If MP3 folds or calls and SB check/raises you then folding the river unimproved is fine.
