I don't know, but I don't think that 13 PFR means QJo from MP3, maybe QJs.
TT+ would 3-bet PF. The possible hands that beat you are 99, 88, QJs.
According to his stats (TAG) I don't see him capping his made hands on the flop. So on the flop he can be on a flushdraw (missed) or a straightdraw, imho.
All in all, I would call it down if no :club: comes.

A TAG could be playing 2pair/trips fast on these boards?

Approx charts :)

3-betting 13PFR would be something like 88+ AJo+ KQs. From the BU I would have 3-bet it though, his WTS seems a bit low :)

With ATo you need indeed 15% pfr on his side so on gernal you can just fold this preflop.
But Yoghi made a good point here. He is very weak postflop so you can make him fold a lot worse hands postflop with this 3-bet.
However I wouldn't recommend this as standard and ATo is not the best hand to do this as well. Better 3-bet suited connetors if you want to do this.

As played I agree with gergo84. :)
Sure he will play twopair this way too but you have outs against that and the chance that you are still ahead. This should be enough for a planned calldown in a 10BB big pot.
