Preflop: You did not have to 3b here. I would just call as it's strong enough.

Flop: You virtually have 0 fold equity vs a tight range. You should not be cbetting any non AX hands here.

Turn: Now you must bet when you turn the backdoor flush draw. there's no shame in bet/folding. I only like making committing bets with combo draws and not with naked flush draws as it's usually impossible to make such things happen.
