Pre flop I called with AQo...normally I'd raise but I have no information on the villain so I thought, since I'm on the button I'd try calling to see what the flop looks like. I'm folding if I don't hit it.
The flop looks good for me. Unless he has AK, AJ, I should be ok. He checked which made me think he'd missed the flop. When he called I still felt good until the second jack hit.
I was worried he might have Jx. I think it is very likely he has Ax though. He checked so I bet 1/2 pot thinking he was actually giving up but, since there was minimal chance he was on a draw thought that would be enough. When he called I thought if very likely he had Jx, maybe AJ, but could also have any other A.
When he bet the river I used almost all my time thinking. Why does he bet out? I couldn't see how he'd bet without a J but his betsize was small, so on the chance he had Ax I called.
If the betsize was bigger I'm folding. Any value in calling here? All those Ax hands that are possible made me think it might be worth a shot.
