Villain is probably a fish. I had only about 10 hands but he had 90% vpip at them. Anyway, I consider check-raise to be a very good hand in general.
Should I raise the turn when I complete the flush? If I put him on a very tight range preflop like QQ+,AK, a better flash is possible. We could say that this small bet seems like a block bet and that he is weak, but I don't think this always applies well to a fish.
