Honest opponent check-raise on flop ,the board is wet

Hero raises to 60, BB calls 30

Flop: (120) 7 3 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets 90, BB raises to 180, Hero folds

Results:

Hero mucked Q 4 and lost (-150 net)
BB mucked and won 300 (150 net)

1.should i cbet on flop??the board is wet,so maybe i cant cbet

my reads on villain is he never bluff ,if he dont have strong hands,he will fold on flop when i cbet.so on flop my action is bet-fold

The board isn't very wet actually, so it is easy cbet especially if he folds wide. As you should aim to cbet on over 70% of the boards, this board is definitely one of them.
Also if you find he folds a lot, you can try to bet in smaller size to achieve good fold equity.
