After betting the turn, how close is a call here on the river?

In retrospect, I could have gone for a more secure way and giving up on turn, unless he checks back and call any card on river that isnt a Diamond.

Bet/c-f

or

Bet/Bet/?

or

Bet/Bet/Bet?.

Villian was very loose/passive (40/5) something

Hello InTheZ0ne,

After betting the turn, how close is a call here on the river? In retrospect, I could have gone for a more secure way and giving up on turn, unless he checks back and call any card on river that isnt a Diamond. Bet/c-f or Bet/Bet/? or Bet/Bet/Bet?.

Preflop:

OK.

Flop:

No need to bet more than 1/2 of the pot.

Turn:

Just check/fold. No need to bet again.

River:

As played I would just check/fold.Villain is only betting with stronger hands or missed fd so no need to hero call him.

Guys if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write in this thread by clicking the button or
