Hi there poker fans. I am wodenring how come i pended 30 $ bonus but yet i didnt recieved a ticket after 400 MPP.

150 MPP - $8 Bonus
300 MPP - $10 Bonus
400 MPP - A ticket for a $20+$2 Tournament
500 MPP - $12 Bonus
750 MPP - $15 Bonus
1.000 MPP - $20 Bonus
1.500 MPP - $35 Bonus
I also didnt receive ticket from mansion,just waiting for my final bonuses to be credited and if i dont get ticket will email mansion.

You really should contact support if you don't get the ticket. I hope it gets resolved otherwise you can also try PS support.
PS: Mansion is a bit slow, but they are good

they informed me after i contacted their support, that the ticket has been credited at the moment i am writing this, woot woot. Probably this ticket will be used for 20+2 double or nothing, what do u think ?
Talking to myself, anyway, i clicked to double or nothing but i ended playing normal SnG with three places payed , i realised i have missclicked when 6th player got eliminated and there was no WELCOME to THE PAYOUT structure 
being all tight and stuff... Anyway i ended up playing HU, same chipstack as opponent, doing fine and being favourite PF allin but luck turned me back. Anyway well spended ticket and 60 $ more in my BR.
P.S
Mansion support is lovely, they were fast and kind, ticked handed out in matter of hours... Maybe only becouse of nice lady on other side of the screen, who knows.
Hey Pepe or anyone else who has the 20 plus two ticket where do you see it when mansion credit your account?
I hit 400 pts a while ago but dont know how to access the ticket

Hey londongril ! You should see a blue arrow showing what tourneys you can enter. Arrange colums by BUY IN and check those with 20+2 ( talking about SnG or regular Tourneys) and you should see it. Afterwards when you register to tournament it should say : You have a ticket would you like to use it ?
