this time I dont cbets because noticed that he does not really want to fold. But on river - he can really be bluffing, his agreesion on river so far is also high. Maybe I should make a small raise?

Hey SF,

Against a bad player whose leak is to bluff raise and bluff a lot you should just call your bluffcatchers and sometimes slowplay. There's no need, nor profit in getting fancy with thin bluffs and super light calls when he can vbet a lot more than your Q high bluffcatcher here.
