About how much precent of my stack should i at least have in postflop , to go all in on the flop no matter what. And be profitble? 100 and 200bb deep in a 5 - max game.
I go in big preflop pots with aaxx or 4 cards sutied connectors

It doesn't matter how deep you are, as long as you get more than around 30% of your stack in preflop (to have an SPR of around 1), you can ship any flop HU. Don't 4bet suited connectors and shipping any flop, as this applies only to AAxx hands

I have one more question . I usaly uncertain when im deep in 3/4bet potts deep ( i have 250bb and on the flop is around 80bb).
If there are 3 people to the flop and the pot is 30-40% of my stack.
should i go all in with
1. on any flop
2. In a flop where i have like one pair + backdoor stright or fluch
3 . at least have 2 pair
Its a 5-max game, where the opponents are quite lose with vpip range around 35-60.

In loose games your starting hand is more important, so focus on playing hands that will flop draws nut draws. Stay away from low cards.
