Hmm...i would not 4-bet AK/QQ here if i were utg, because an utg range is already stronger and i have to think about what weaker hands than AK/QQ would continue then. So if i were utg the squeeze would look to strong for me to 4bet AK/QQ myself. But that is just how i think, i don't know what the "standard" opponent thinks? I even would maybe even fold AK if i were utg, because its unplayable oop and you just get valuetowned even if u hit...because i would assume the squeeze is usually strong here.

You're assumptions what he might have are pretty loose, maybe i give opponents to much credit?
No solid reg would call AQ,AJ,88-TT here? Or is this wrong...

He's an unknown NL20 player, not a solid NL100 reg so his range will be a lot wider than you think atm.

Try not to mirror your range/thought process into your opponent's. You will make big mistakes because nobody will think the same as you. You need to find out what THEY think, not how you would think in their situation. If the latter worked, everyone would win a lot of money, since it's easy to think what you to do when you exchange places. Doesn't work though.

I think most people call a lot wider than you think here. Whether they 4bet AK and QQ I'm not sure myself since I have seen both flats and 4bets here but I have never played on iPoker's fast fold variant.
