I started playing 6- max hyper turbos on stars. I have about 40 buy-ins for limit and next limit is 15$ so how many buy-ins I need to move up ?

At minimum I would recommend 100 buy ins for hyper turbos.
But if you want to have a super aggressive BRM I guess you could try out with 50 BI and just move down when you go down to 35bi...

This. And I'd seriously consider a 200BI BRM. Moving up to $15 with 100BIs, might be OK, but would never move further up with less than 200.
