Given the board drawyness, I think it's OK to bet turn right?
I think I'm beaten too often to even think about calling on the river.
But what would be better check/fold or blockbet/fold?

i would bet more on the turn ... something like 22
on the river i think i would check/fold with the flush completed and so many straight and two pair posibilities on the board

I like your flop- and turn-betsizing.
The river it's kinda nasty. Against an unknown you could try a blockingbet, but I'm generally not a big fan of those because nowadays this type of bet is getting more known and thus you're opening yourself up to bluffraises.
I like a check/fold because he's rarely bluffing given the board texture. On this limit, people aren't generally capable of turning their weak made hands into a bluff, and almost every hand, being it a made hand or a draw), improved on the river.
