Preflop: Hero is CO with K♦, J♦
2 folds, Hero raises, BU folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6.00 SB) 8♦, J♥, Q♦ (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB folds, BB 3-bets, Hero ?

Not sure how to play this. Also, if he continues to show aggression and if I fail to improve any further on the turn/river, would I call a river bet with a pair of Jacks?

Im not sure what to do here either.

A donk and a 3bet suggests a strong hand here. A monster draw is unlikely since we allready have the flushdraw and blockers to his straightdraw.

Cap for a freecard? Im not sure if he would check to us on the turn since im afraid of trips/2pairs or a made straight here.

Maybe just call it down(even unimproved?).

Ive marked it for ciRith so he can tell us exactly what to do here.

Both lines are possible. I prefer the freecard cap if he is not aggressive as you are most of the time behind but a freecard would give us a lot value.
