Hello,

Preflop is fine.

I think we can lead out the flop here, to try to isolate against CO.
As played, I'd rather fold the flop, as I don't think UTG is going to bet worse hands and being OOP we will struggle to play most turn/rivers.

As played, I would rather bet small - like 8-9bb on the river, to try to get value from overpairs here.

I would never fold that flop against UTG as he most likely bets only once without a hit and then gives up. We are most of the time folding out the best hand.
