How should i play the flop? I guess betting is best vs. him. After he raised?

Hi,

pre flop - maybe we can go slightly bigger here for value against UTG and MP, what are their stats like? we can do a range from 2.4-2.8, the wider they call the bigger we should go for immedaite value.

flop - definitely betting here and i think we should be betting big since this range smacks him hard. we need some information on how he plays post flop to decide. does he check/raise often? how much does he like to make plays? or is he generally passive? as a default im going all in with this hand because i expect him to be raising worse but if hes super passive and only has 2p+ here then we can find a fold.

Thanks
