Kinda tough spot.

You showed stregth PF and on the flop, and a villain who is not so aggresive check/raises you. IMO he's either on a set or an overpair most of the time, and the only overpair that you beat is 99. Even if he's on a FD with two overcards he's still a favorite to win the hand.

I'd fold here.

Call and reevaluate on the turn. Minraising gives you too good odds to fold, but proceed with caution. If he bets big on the turn (>6/10 pot) I would probably give up.
