PRE
I think, 3-betting is better than flatting. I don`t think I should stack off, though. He does`t seem very active (however, tiny sample).

FLOP
I guess, X/R and stacking off also is an an option.

TURN
He`s passive over the small sample. Should I rather donk? I can`t expect for him to bet too often.

RIVER
I don`t want to miss any value by checking again.

Hello,

I do prefer 3betting as well.

On this flop I would prefer check/raising.

As played, check/calling the turn is good.

On the river I think that check/shoving is better.
I think that whatever hand he calls here he is likely to bet it himself, plus he might pull a strange bluff or shove something like AQ for value.

Best,
Plamen
