I forgot to use marketing code for my pokerstars account, in which I deposited about 22$. I e-mailed pokerstars support but they were unable to help me. Is there anything I can do?
I'm so unable to post two topics within 300 seconds and to read the intermediate articles. 
Unfortunately you can't get your pokerstars account tracked if you forgot to use the code.
However, there's plenty other poker rooms that you can get an account tracked on!

Yes, it's bad news unfortunately kranimpre - because if you forget to enter the marketing code it is at the sole discretion of PokerStars to manually enter it.
If you've asked support and they've already said no then there is nothing you can do about it.
However, you should check out Tino's link above and look at other options for your poker career. Sometimes it's no harm to have a second room, for variation
