OK, so I'm a Math guy at heart but I've been lacking in the Math recently.

I'm playing NL25 and feel like I can confidently give reasons for my actions after reading the start of Easy Game.

However, I'm looking to try and prove these so I can see whether marginal spots are +EV or -EV.

Just ordered Applications of No-Limit Hold 'em: A Guide to Understanding Theoretically Sound Poker which will hopefully help me understand this further.

However, since I have to wait 2-4 days, I'm wondering if anybody has any books which go into detail regarding this?

Going to have a quick look at Mathematics of Poker now to see if this addressed.

Thanks guys!

Edit: Just saw this gem of a video series:
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/#searchtext=mathematical%20concepts&key=all&contenttype=0&gametype=0&tablesize=0&languages=en&levels=basic,bronze,silver,gold,platinum,diamond&lowerlimit=0&upperlimit=100&ob=date&od=desc&page=1&rpp=10

Still looking for books/articles which I can read at work though! :)

hey, have you taken a look at these strategy articles: EV & Ranges, Combos & Odds adv., Fold equity & EV adv. and Bluff equity & G-bucks

pretty solid stuff there, but you've probably already seen them... i can't really recommend much else aside from the video series you just found because i'm a maths fish
