Spoiler

$3.75 pot
Hero mucked A J and won $3.75 ($2.25 net)

Villain is 20/16/3.1AF .. 83% F3bet

3betting this as a bluff as we have blockers and i don't really like calling or folding and since he has such a high F3bet it's a good spot to 3bet bluff vs UTG?

Hi

I think the bluff here is reasonable. I definitely agree that this hand is way too weak to call so you should either 3b or fold this and this is one of the best hands to do it with because of your blockers.

About bet size: Vs a tight opening range I think you should be 3-betting larger in general especially with 4 people left to act behind you. By making it small, you may be encouraging those behind you to make loose cold calls vs your 3bets.

I'm making it 4-4.50 here.

Thanks.

no problem :)

would also like to point out that this is a very good spot to slowplay QQ+/AK and not waste it by 3-betting vs someone who is folding so often. If you do get squeezed, you can always go for a back-raise.

At least, slowplaying is best until villain starts adjusting and calling or 4betting more vs your 3bets.
