How come you just check preflop after he limps in?

What is his range on the flop? Why do you choose to check against that range?

On the turn why do you check again?

On the river, after checking flop and turn why do you choose to lead? Why that sizing?

He has a big stack, I don't like tangling with big stacks. , if i raised he might 3bet me.

On flop either he maybe set mining me, with pairs. So I checked to see what he will do.

Checked turn, well I don't know, i just took 5mins to find a reason for it but cant. <.<

River sizing was for thin value, maybe I could get some money in, with two pairs but he raised river all in and the board is paired, I think he puts me on K high flush, so he would win with Ax or a set with paired board.

He might 3bet preflop if he limped, that is true but how likely is it? How many times does he 3bet compared to call or fold from what You've seen so far at your stakes?

On the flop, if you think his range is mostly pocket pairs (which is correct imo, though you went a bit too narrow when saying only pocket pairs) you should bet for value, right? If he has a set he bets anyway, if he doesn't would he still bet? If he has a pair he won't fold to one bet but won't bet himself either so value betting is the way to go.

On the turn, you should deifnitely bet as played. Way more draws that can call now.

On the river, you have to base your decision on your logic before the street. If you check the turn, it's because you think/assume he will bluff often. If he bluffs often, why lead the river to make him fold his bluffs? You already decided on the turn that his bluff frequency is too high compared to his checking frequency so you should check/call the river, maybe sometimes check/raise if you are more confident in your hand reading abilities.
