Good idea to abuse villains tilt but I wouldn't do that with such hand :P

Nice hand. I mean, interesting. We need some calculations to get it right, you can even do it yourself if you have a calc and an Equilator of PokerStove.

First, we posted bb, so there are already 67 cents in the pot. We need to call 17 cents. It means, we are getting odds of 1:3.95 so we need only 20% equity to make this call! Surprising, huh?

Now your reads come into play. If you think he can have any two, we can use 'random' option from equilator. Against any random hand you have about 44% equity here. It's far above 20%, so your call is +EV. Nice hand, you made a statistically proven profit of 20 cents in this hand :).
