Have been using the mantra " if it's close, fold" recently which is making a lot of my decisions easier. Still having trouble with these spots however.

Villain:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
SB ($23.91)
BB ($26.02)
UTG ($30.55)
UTG+1 ($5)
CO ($10)
Hero ($38.80)

Dealt to Hero Q♣ Q♦

fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.30, fold, Hero raises to $0.80, SB calls $0.75, fold, fold

FLOP ($2) 6♥ 3♠ T♥

SB checks, Hero bets $1.30, SB raises to $3.90, Hero folds

SB wins $4.39

Folding seems weak but wasn't sure I wanted to play for ~250bb stacks here. My perceived range is strong, if I give him a range of TT - AA + AKhh I'm in bad shape and I doubt he raises JJ here anyway.

Raising or calling his bet I'm hoping I'm up against broadways or SC's with a FD which are unlikely and I'm not massively ahead anyway.

Thanks

Hey Millsyuk,

3betting while deep is fine because opponent should have implieds to call with a lot of speculative hands.

Flop x/r is somewhat ugly. Not just concerned with direct odds here because villain is leveraging his entire deep stack. Folding is fine. Seems to be villain's first x/r also.
