no thats not stealing the pot thats making a donk bet when MP1 raised your flop cbet. so checking is fine. river i dont really like because another J is probably the safest card for both of them so they will call with any pair . Im guessing MP1 has a 3 7 or T or fd.

Hand selection is the key to bluffing

You're basically bluffing with the top of your checking range here. This is closer to a value bet than it is a bluff.

I can't think of a single better hand you fold out here which is why this bluff won't work

Now, checking and calling is a lot more attractive to me because it's possible our opponents are on missed draws and may bluff at the river

If I have to overcall though I think folding is fine although calling is still a possibility since both of these guys have played their hands weakly but since a caller can't be bluffing on the river it makes our hand much less attractive.
