Preflop: Hero is BTN with 8 T
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, SB calls $0.15, BB folds

Flop: ($0.50) 7 9 6 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.30, SB calls $0.30

Turn: ($1.10) 9 (2 players)
SB bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55

River: ($2.20) J (2 players)
SB bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10

Should I raise the turn?

Hey Alleen86,

Preflop is fine.

Flop you can consider better larger vs a guy with low FtFcbet.

Presumably a lot of guys will raise flop with two-pair + sets which boats up on turn. More likely holding will be hands like 89/9T/J9/A9 f+ flush-draws etc. Probably fine to raise turn with intention of getting money in.

Flatting is a lower variance more cautious option and is fine though. There is a possibility villain slowplayed 2pair/set on flop and hit a boat on turn etc.
