Since BU seems competent so I assume he will bet this flop with a wide range. I 2-bet to get hands with some equity to fold.

OK, the question is: why the hell you are turning into bluff pair, pretty decent hand, if you assume he has wide range?
Just call 1-2 streets... And on later streets you will be in tough spots most of the time. And also sometimes opponets will be pushing worst hands because there is fd possible.
Ace will always call flop and frequently will call turn. This means bluff will be too expensive.
And after he calls, you can assume that kings aren't clear outs for you. This raise is just an isolation.

As pokerferrer mentioned, what's the point of the raise? Very little worse calls you and not many better hands folds (except maybe some JJ/QQ).

We have a bluffcatcher in a spot where you expect villain to be wide, and thus we call.
