Villain 19/15/3bet 7,7/af 2/afq 36%/fold2cb 33%(15)/502 hand

My play was to c/c turn and c/f river if I did not improve.

River? I do not see too often this line as a bluff. Villains usually show up AQ,AJ,KK here.

Nevertheless sometimse I see random bluff hand like 67s but I think he usually bets it on the turn.

PF: I'd just make it 2.5X ($40) but not a big deal

Flop: 33% pot seems fine and I do agree with your gameplan. Regarding the River, the stronger the player, the more you should be c/c-ing here. I think mediocre players are much more imbalanced here which does mean that c/f here is a good exploitive play vs such a player.
