good point, because if he bets i'm going to call anyway so i may aswell get some value. I think i can chk though but then if a spade comes on the turn i will lose value with 3 suited cards on the board. i think i checked because it would then be cheap to draw to my outs.

PREFLOP - looks ok

FLOP - You should continue your aggresion and bet this Flop. You don't get many better flops to CBet with A :spade:K as a semibluff then this one.
It's not really about value here, as on the Flop you might still be behind.
It's about making him pass better hands then yours, in this case: 22,44,55,66,77,88 - he is likely to pass those baby pairs when facing two overcards and your CBet.

If he won't pass - it's alright - you've got plenty of outs to hit on next 2 streets (Nuts Flushdraw + 2 Overcards)

TURN - should have bet more yes - something like 70%-75% of Pot - because if he's got any of the flushdraws - you don't want to make it cheap for him - make him pay more then he should - to protect your Top Pair Top Kicker hand

RIVER - depending on your opponents tendencies, you,ve got 2 options here:

#1 - bet like you did - if he is a CallinStation type of opponent and won't believe you or will pay you off with weaker hands like Ax
#2 - Check/Call - in case he decides to bluff the River - or in case you are beaten (you don't wanna Bet and face his Raise on the River right )

Bet flop -> there are a ton of weaker hands that give you value and even if you're beat know there will be a ton of cards on the turn that you can bet again for value if you hit or as a bluff!

bet turn bigger -> as played for value against all other draws and weaker ax hands

bet river -> like you sized its ok!
