I think you should definitely bet bigger on the flop and turn. His range contains many pair + draw hands, good middle pairs, top pairs, etc. 1.40 on the flop then 3.50 or so on the turn is better. Don't miss out on this value, it's adds so much to your winrate, think about how many extra bbs that is.

On the river, you have a close spot whether to bet or not. If you think your sizing gets him to call Jx then I like it. That's your goal basically: Jx to call, maybe some Qxcc and you need to bet small enough so that whole range calls and you to be ahead of it.

Doesn't $1,40 + $$3,50 look too strong? Villain is unknown and there aren't that many SD, GS and FDs.

In general I like betting more on draw heavy boards and here I wasn't so sure.

You are basically misreading the board, everything has something there in a way. Overcards with hearts also probably float once. His calling range is insanely high, big bets for value is most certainly best.

By the way, I'd isolate bigger pre-flop against limper, something like 5-7bb's at least.

5 is fine as well, 6 or more is probably pushing it a bit because you force him to correctly fold way too often. You have to find the sweet spot between putting money in the pot and the fish still thinking you don't have a strong hand.
