Can't post images

You can post image, you're just going about it in the wrong way

You need to upload you picture to the internet first through a hosting website such as ImageShack, TinyPic or PhotoShack.

I'll use TinyPic as an example, so load up the website and click the "Choose File" button, find your file and then click upload (You'll need to get the capthca right too - proves you're not a robot) Then Copy/Paste the IMG Code.

If you're still stuck, give us a shout

Ah thanks. that explains why when I linked pics from my blog page it worked, but from my computer it doesn't.

After joining Tinypic for just one day I've been banned for violating terms of service. I just posted HEM stats to add to a post once.

Have I missed something here?, or have I been hacked with malware?

I don't know the terms of service of Tinypic. You can contact them here and ask what you did wrong.

I use imageshack and never had any problems.

If you are going to contact them could you keep us up to date about it is that you did wrong?

I've always used imgur.com without any problems

Apparently they've had many emails about the same problem and they don't know what the problem is, which seems weird. I was warned using a proxy may cause issues, but I don't. I'm in Thailand, maybe there's something with my service they've picked up on, but I dunno.

I'll switch to one of your suggestions instead.

Never heard of that one before, odd indeed!

You also don't need to sign up at all to use TinyPic, so maybe you can still upload there. There are plenty of others out there though

Well maybe if they find out you'll get unbanned. It's very weird indeed. But the other sites work great as well!
