Preflop: I Would just 3bet here - Don't like having a calling range in the SB.
Turn: As played, I think a double C/C is fine when there are so many draws on the board. The low pairing card certainly helps improve AK high's relative hand strength.
River: I think raising is fine with A:h but how large would you raise here with your flushes? Are you also taking a passive line with some flushes?
I think it's important to think about balance because we don't know much about this villain.
