I felt that the had the A or K and that drawing for Q was unprofitable.
Against some weakish regs, you should fold the flop right now. With bd it's always a call though but he openraised from mp3 and you block gutshot hands like QT or QJ, hands that usually don't get raised anyways and if he got QT QJ you are crushed now. Although its exploitable to fold QQ right away on the flop but in his mp3 range aint supposed to be that many hands he'd be raising with that you're still ahead against. especially if he's even raising with KJ or KT and he is less polarized between very strong hands and some draws, you hand gets even weaker. Once the flush got there, it's a fold.
Someone who would fold the flop right away?

Though a possible fold on flop didn't hit me, but one of those queen outs are
First off I wouldn't 3-bet preflop from the Big Blind
I imagine you don't have many worse hands than QQ in your range on this board when you 3-bet from the BB vs HJ, probably TT and JJ without a diamond so if that is your 3-betting range from the BB (AJs+, AQ+, TT+) then you can fold immediately without being exploited assuming you peel all pairs with a diamond
If we assume that you were in the SB and thus had a wider 3-betting range: (Say 66+, A5s+, A9o+, 98s, T9s, JTs, QTs+, KTs+, KJo+)
Then you'd have to peel the flop, although you could still dump TT- and maybe JJ without a diamond. (It's actually close to dumping QQ without a diamond, really depends how you want your range to play but this should be fine)
Turn fold is standard you now have pretty much the bottom of your range becasue all your single diamond hands and flush draws have improved.
Well all I've learned is that AA, KK, QQ, AKs and AKo is to be capped preflop if possible.
So that is what I've been doing.
I feel that the advice right now, is a bit over my head and that I should really study and practice more
to somehow get what you are trying to communicate to me.
