These promotions could really make you frustrated. You limp and you are so afraid to bet in case the opponents fold. And at the end their draw hits and you loose anyway. :-(

I think it's the KK hand promotion on Stars?
Correct me if I'm wrong though!
If so, I'd personally just play that specific combination of KK no different than I usually would. Yes it sucks to have everyone fold, but by purely chasing some promotion you might put yourself in some unnecessarily tough spots.
But that's just my opinion
