firstly, what can you rep here if you raise the river? I don't think you can rep any straights, and raising 2pairs here would be overplay. TT probably 3bets pre and you should be c/r-ing other sets on the F or T. Only thing you can rep here is some backdoor flushes.

next, you want to think about the number of combos you have. Find out how many flush combos you have (these are mostly going to be combo draws, J:cX:c, 8:cX:c or perhaps some GS+FD like Q:cT:c, though I think SFDs should be raised on the turn cos they have no showdown value unlike pair+FD). How wide are you defending pre? J2s? 86s+?

Thirdly, you want to be picking a raise size. A Jack high flush is pretty strong so making a huge raise (like an all-in) is probably a reasonable choice. With the 8 high Flush maybe a smaller raise makes more sense. Or you could just use one size to something like $120.

Lastly, you want to think about the odds you are offering to his bluff catching combos (such as sets). If you make it $120 here, he needs to call $80 more to win a pot of 52 + 120 + 120 = 292. 80 / 292 = 27%

So your bluff : value ratio should be around 1:3. I would certainly prefer having some higher clubs in my hand.
