Villain seems fishy over a small sample, 42/33 over 14 hands.
I think on the flop I should've taken the more aggressive approach and bet for value against his pocket pairs. On the other hand, he's going to fold a lot on this super dry flop, and might bluff on further streets. I suppose that's why I checked.
When he checks again on the turn it's an easy bet for value. On the river I'm not sure if I can bet for value again, but I think that maybe it's possible to make a thin value bet here, after showing weakness on the flop?
So two questions.
a) Is it better to bet the flop for value myself (I assume it is)?
b) As played, should I make a thin value bet on the river?
