NL100 overpair must be folded?

Opponent is a fish 51/4 over 82 hands. That's probably 5th time he makes huge check/jam in a single raised pot. The only time I saw a Showdown with him was when he 3bet pre AK & cbet jamed on Q87. Despite this spewy looking info, is it worth risking whole stack when You have invested so little?

Without reads this is a fold but with your reads this is a snap. Im sure u have way more than 50 % equity.
