Hi,

Since I afraid turn c/r that board I would prefer checking back.
Q is good barreling card, so I think he would sometimes make moves if you barrel turn too often, also you very likely get called river by Jx, 8x, or even 6x if you check back turn and bet half pot on the river and he can bluff his missed draws.
Also I doubt you´re going there 3 streets for value, so better go pot control.

Question regarding bet size:

If HERO decides to bet turn, do you think his bet size is ok? I think on this draw heavy board, HERO should bet nearly pot size, if bluffing, semi bluffing or value betting. Because if hero bets smaller as here, and similar as in previous hand with ATs (where hero got raised on turn), then opponent can always raise hero because Hero is "telling" opponent that he has weak hand (or medium hand that cant call raise and shove).

I agree about pot controling (bluff catching) here.

4.25$ is maybe a little better option, but even if we bet 5$ on the turn, he may still decide to c/r semibluff as often as we bet 3.75$ (also worse hands would call 3.75$ bet a lot more often than 5$ bet)
