You only saw him react to 3bets twice. How many of those times was in SB? I think 3betting is better with your hand but calling should still be +EV.

he bets about half pot, so I need to win 1/4 of the time to be beakeven. I dont think that he bets 3rd time these hands. He is passive and he does not look that stupid.

Also - do you base your decition of calling river because his wtsd stats are showing that he does not win, or you would do the same even if they would show that he wins, lets say wtsd would be 20 and w$sd 50 over same sample?

btw we also dont know if its reg runinig good or maniac fish. You like 3beting even vs fish w 56o if we would have that info?

We have TP against someone that is averagely aggressive and betting <1/2 pot. Most strong value hands would usually barrel bigger than that.

Regarding your second question, it doesn't matter if he is a reg or fish, he is opening too wide and 3betting 56o will be profitable against both player types that open a super wide RB range.

If you think he is competent enough to significantly alter his bet sizing with his whole range based on your range, you have ran into the best NL20 player that should probably grind NL100 instead. Chances of that happening are extremely low and his bet size is mostly based on his own hand, not your range.
